Rhodes R27 1955

Introducing the Philip Rhodes R27 built by Abeking and Rasmusen, Germany in 1955.  Adventuress was imported immediately to America after launch and stayed there enjoying a number of refits from her 5 owners. Covid forced her current owner to bring her to Europe in 2020. Her full history is available from the current owner. She is registered in Great Britain and she is VAT paid in both America and the EU. The sails, a main sail, furling genova and a reacher are from 2017. The Navegation electronics from B&G is from 2015. The batteries (2 x 80 Ah) are new from 2025. The engine, a Yanmar diesel 3HM35F with 30 hp has approx. 600 hours. She is in fine shape and ready for cruising and classic racing. Adventuress came second in class at the Costa Blanca Classic yacht regatta 2 years ago.
