Bavaria 38 Cruiser "Mary Anne" es version dos cabinas y un baño. unico propietario lo compró nuevo en 2011 y ha ido haciendo varias mejoras en cubierta, cabullera, velas y hélice plegable Gori orientado a performance, ya que el propietario le gusta combinar su programa de navegar en crucero con amigos y familia con alguna regata social ocasionalmente para aprovechar la versatilidad de este modelo que se caracteriza por ser un crucero practico, espacioso en el interior y muy marinero en el exterior.
